The Global Deaf Muslim Federation is a global organisation working to ensure equal rights for deaf muslims around the world.
In pursuit of our noble mission, the Global Deaf Muslim Federation (GDMF) is guided by a philosophy rooted in principles of inclusivity, advocacy, and empowerment. Our philosophy revolves around fostering understanding, acceptance, and equitable opportunities for Deaf Muslims worldwide. With unwavering commitment, we strive to create a world where Deaf Muslims are celebrated, their rights upheld, and their voices heard within the Muslim Ummah and beyond. As we embark on this journey, our philosophy serves as the compass that directs our actions and fuels our dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of Deaf Muslims everywhere.
Our vision is to advocate for advancement and inclusion of Deaf Muslims in the Muslim Ummah and to raise awareness of Deaf Muslims issues Worldwide.
A global Muslim Ummah that recognizes the rights of Deaf Muslims and actively strives to ensure that it is accessible and inclusive of all Muslims.
Our Purpose is to work with Muslim organisations to facilitate the provision of Sign language service that are accessible and inclusive of the deaf Ummah; and o help equip deaf Muslim national organisations with required training and skills through capacity building.
