On April 7th 2021, I traveled to Ghana and stayed there for close to 3 months. While in Ghana, I visited several villages in the Northern of Ghana, Accra and celebrated both Ramadan and Eid with the deaf community all amid the upsurge of covid-19.
Noting their doubts about the seriousness of Covid-19, I arranged to give a talk about why I was always wearing masks and asked local tailors to make 100 masks to distribute at deaf community center in Tamale.
