The famine is deadly. The silence is devastating.

The Global Deaf Muslim Federation is a global organisation working to ensure equal rights for deaf muslims around the world.

Gaza is in the grip of a catastrophic humanitarian crisis. Families are starving, infrastructure is collapsing, and hope is fading. But among the most vulnerable are Deaf Muslims—individuals who are too often overlooked in times of crisis. While others hear warnings, access aid, or call for help, Deaf Muslims are left in silence—unable to understand evacuation alerts, communicate their needs, or even ask for food or water. Their suffering is compounded by isolation, fear, and exclusion.

The Global Deaf Muslim Federation (GDMF) has been working tirelessly to support Deaf Muslims in Gaza, thanks to the incredible generosity of donors like you. Through your support, GDMF has delivered food packages to hungry families, distributed clean water and hygiene kits, and provided interpreters and visual communication tools to help the Deaf community navigate a chaotic and dangerous environment. We’ve been able to ensure that Deaf mothers can access milk for their children, that Deaf elders can understand emergency instructions, and that Deaf children can feel safe and supported during this unimaginable time.

Your gift today—no matter the amount—will directly impact the lives of Deaf families in Gaza. Every dollar counts. Every act of kindness matters.

As Muslims, as human beings, we are called to care for the vulnerable. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us that, “He is not a believer whose stomach is filled while his neighbour goes hungry.” Right now, our Deaf neighbours in Gaza are hungry, isolated, and afraid—but we have the power to respond with compassion and action.
